About the role
As a Technical Project Manager Intern, you will be embedded with the teams shipping CleverCreator.ai alongside our sibling products TutorMigo.ai and ChatterMate.ai. Your role is to keep delivery moving: tracking sprints, unblocking engineers, coordinating with design, research and go-to-market, and making sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
You will report into senior program leadership and work directly with product managers, engineers and founders. This is a hands-on learning role designed for someone early in their career who wants to see how AI products are planned, built and launched — and who is ready to own real coordination work from week one. The internship runs on a part-time schedule through December 31, 2026.
What you'll do
Coordinate day-to-day project delivery across CleverCreator.ai, TutorMigo.ai and ChatterMate.ai product workstreams.
Maintain project plans, roadmaps, sprint boards and status trackers, and keep them accurate and up to date.
Run stand-ups, planning sessions and retrospectives, capturing decisions, action items and follow-ups.
Identify blockers early, escalate risks clearly, and drive them to resolution with the right owners.
Write clear internal updates, release notes and stakeholder summaries that keep the wider team aligned.
Support product managers with research, competitive scans, requirements documentation and QA coordination.
Help schedule and prepare cross-product syncs between CleverCreator, TutorMigo and ChatterMate teams.
Track shipping timelines against goals and flag when scope, resourcing or dependencies need adjustment.
Contribute to lightweight process improvements that help teams move faster without adding overhead.
What we're looking for
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple threads at once.
Technical curiosity and a working understanding of how software products are built and shipped.
Comfort with modern collaboration tools such as Notion, Linear, Jira, GitHub, Slack or equivalents.
Self-directed and reliable in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
Available part-time through December 31, 2026.
Nice to have
Previous internship, club or side-project experience coordinating a team or shipping a product.
Familiarity with AI, LLMs or generative tools as a user or builder.
Exposure to agile, scrum or kanban methodologies.
Basic scripting, SQL or no-code automation experience.
Interest in the creator, education or conversational AI spaces.
