We are seeking an experienced AI Software Developer (Full Stack) who can architect and deliver high-quality AI-driven web applications, integrate multiple AI APIs, and lead projects that enhance how people learn, create, and interact with AI tools worldwide. This is a hybrid position based in Dhaka, with opportunities to collaborate with international teams and contribute to open-source innovation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in AI integration, API development, and scalable web architectures, with proficiency across backend, frontend, and cloud ecosystems.

🧠 AI & Machine Learning Stack

• Strong experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI (GPT-4/5), Claude, Google Gemini / Vertex AI, and xAI (Grok).

• Deep understanding of LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and Agentic AI systems.

• Experience creating RAG chatbots using pgVector, ChromaDB, or Pinecone for vector-based retrieval.

• Familiarity with embedding models, prompt engineering, and multi-model orchestration.

• Knowledge of AI image generation tools such as DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, and Flux for media integration workflows.

⚙️ Backend Development

• Proficient in Python (FastAPI, Flask) and PHP (Laravel).

• Expertise in RESTful API and GraphQL design — including schema creation, resolvers, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and versioning.

• Experience building microservices and serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions).

• Strong background in Redis caching, PostgreSQL (pgVector), and AWS RDS.

• Comfortable working with event-driven systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka for scalable processing.

• Experience writing unit and integration tests to maintain stable deployments.

💻 Frontend Development

• Strong proficiency with React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js frameworks.

• Solid understanding of TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and responsive UI design.

• Ability to create data visualizations (Chart.js, D3.js) and integrate APIs dynamically.

• Experience in frontend optimization, code splitting, and accessibility best practices.

☁️ DevOps & Cloud

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Cloud Run).

• Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, and Nginx for scalable deployments.

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.

• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).

• Solid understanding of security best practices and performance tuning for large-scale systems.

🧩 Collaboration & Documentation

• Expertise with Git/GitHub branching workflows (pull requests, code reviews).

• Strong technical documentation skills using Swagger / OpenAPI, Notion, or Confluence.

• Experience working in Agile teams using Jira, Asana, or Trello.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• Active interest in open-source AI projects and community contribution.

Responsibility:

As an AI Software Developer – Full Stack, you will lead and contribute to the creation of intelligent systems that combine data, automation, and AI to empower users globally.

🎯 Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered web applications that integrate APIs from OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Stable Diffusion.

• Build and scale RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support front-end and partner applications.

• Architect and implement RAG chatbots and AI agents, integrating embeddings, context retrieval, and real-time inference.

• Create full-stack applications with responsive, data-rich frontends and robust backends.

• Integrate multiple AI models and vector databases into unified, production-ready systems.

• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure high system availability.

• Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor performance, and ensure code quality through testing.

• Lead technical discussions and collaborate with product teams on feature roadmaps.

• Document architecture, endpoints, and release cycles for internal and external developers.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to establishing AI engineering best practices.

• Continuously explore new AI frameworks and APIs to enhance CleverCreator.ai’s ecosystem.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of software development experience, preferably in AI-driven or SaaS environments.

• Proven experience building and deploying APIs with AI model integration.

• Strong understanding of RAG architecture, embeddings, and vector search systems.

• Demonstrated ability to take lead on projects and deliver under minimal supervision.

• Excellent knowledge of frontend-backend API communication and performance tuning.

• Experience with Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps automation.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems.

• Fluent in English, with bonus points for proficiency in Bangla and other languages.

• Must provide a portfolio, GitHub profile, or live demo of previous AI-integrated work.

• 6 days per week: Saturday – Thursday

• Day off: Friday

• Location: Hybrid (Onsite preferred – Dhaka, Bangladesh)

• Holidays: Bangladesh Government public holidays observed

• Hours: Flexible schedule with overlap for global collaboration
